James E. Fitting
Jim Fitting is the former Assistant Attorney General for the Economic and Community Development Unit of the Navajo Nation Department of Justice. He is certified as a Federal Indian Law specialist by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization and as a Professional Contracts Manager by the National Contract Management Association. Jim received an MBA and JD from the National University School of Law and a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Michigan. He has been involved in cross-cultural economic and community development projects both here and abroad, and now concentrates on the development and financing of businesses in Indian Country.
